Because you see, NOW I'm happy.

Hey, you hear about the story where this guy goes after this girl, and then the girl goes back to her ex? You do? That must be so common!

What about guys that always only have the part of doing the pursuing, and have no one doing that to him? Oh, you call them... Losers? I see. Because that's so oddly true!

On a totally, totally unrelated note, this girl I stopped talking to a while ago has gotten back with her ex! How cool is that? No, you because you see, I stopped just when they were starting again! How cool... Is THAT?

And should I mention that I scared off another one with my photo, oops I'm already doing it! But that happened so anyway, yeah, loving it.

You know how everyone should have someone else somewhere in the world? I'm not applicable for that because I'm already TWO PEOPLE! HAHAHA! That's so funny. And gives the people who haven't seen me before an insight into how I look.

Here's a clue: FAT and UGLY.

Did everyone get that? I'm so glad.

Happy New Year!

My Christmas became Merry again.

The old debate team had a gathering at Cat's on Wednesday. Wongman was there, Cat, Gabby, Jyaas, Christel, Garrick and me. It was fun.

I met Cat and Gabby at Causeway Point first and had some food. Then we went getting my ice-cream, the logcake and met wongman. He lost quite a bit of weight, we might say. We also met a senior and he talked to him for a while. Then we went off on a cab, and started eating Gabby's very nice tiramisu while talking about stuff.

Then Jyaas and Christel came and we went for the real food. There was pizza, fried bee hoon (supposedly fried by Christine) and Cat's mom made mild Devil's curry. I can't imagine what would happen to me if she made the full blown one but ok whatever.

I got Jyaas guitar strings like he asked and he got me an electric shaver. Now I asked for a surprise, and I got it, because I don't shave. Christel and Wongman got books for each other, and apparently the one Wongman got, he already had like 5 copies at home already.

After eating and a lot of waiting, wongman went off first. We played Taboo, this game where the original way to play it was in teams, but we had too little people so we played FFA. We went through a few rounds and Garrick came. Then we played somemore, and somehow all the forfeits always involved the general mouth area.

We got home and I passed the photos around, and I got some pretty positive feedback. It was cool.

Well my Christmas became Merry again. Thanks, guys.

Pingpower

I have Singnet now. Now the modem is the one causing problems. Is there no way this can be easier!?

I've decided not to type about the China trip. I don't have a fanbase to answer to, so I'll just tell them by mouth.

I saw Curse of the Golden Flower today. It was very deep movie with all those underlying messages, and also very jiggly, if you know what I mean. Women gotta start doing that again, man. But nothing chauvanistic about it. At all. Please don't sue me.

Now I have 3 things to put up on my wall. Hmm, I'll go look into that now. See ya.

Like any other day.

Christmas sucked. Which means it'll do as a normal day, so I'm okay with that.

Anyhoo.

Friends is like my favourite TV show all over again. I already finished Season 1 and I'm on Season 2 now. I wonder how long it takes to finish all 10 seasons... Wow.

So I'm gonna go watch Curse of the Golden Flower tomorrow. Maybe buy the EP, and hopefully, get something for Jyaas.

The Big Trip

I have a feeling this would be very, very long.

I have to get my links back up or something, it's gonna cause problems when it gets too long.

I'll type everything out on Word and copy it over when I'm done. Good luck to those who would eventually read it, because it's going to be long.

Enjoy.

LEAVER!

Preparations are finishing up as I type this. I'll be leaving at 10.

Please, if you see this, don't SMS me at all, unless it's like a matter of life and death.

IMVU is like a super nice program.

On a totally unrelated note, I met quite a few girls recently.

See you on the 23rd.

My last for now.

I'll be leaving for Shanghai tonight, and I anticipate no more free time to waste in front of the com, so here.

Nothing much to update about anyway. The French test this morning was okay. I went over to Sun Plaza for some Maximum Tune and came home after buying lunch downstairs.

Did some stuff, and got frustrated I couldn't install FM.

I'm looping that Casino Royale song on my com now. Because it's SO EFFING NICE. Yes. If you want it get it from me.

I'm kinda tired so I'll be lying down for a while. See you in next week.

The Big Event: Part II

I got up early again. Went to the hotel, and found out I was the second one to get there. I put down some survey forms and slacked around. Ate some food and went for the keynote.

The whole day was really just putting down forms, collecting them, eating and slacking around in the lounge area. I spent about an hour at the laptop entering results from survey/feedback forms from the previous talks, and it was kinda ok. I think I'll go for data entry part-time job next time. Fast and fun.

After the whole event we stayed back to talk a while and then left as a group of 8 for dinner at Cineleisure. After some really dry pasta at Pastamania Chiong and 2 guys went off, leaving 5 people in the group. We went up to E-Max and played WC3 and DotA.

I got my ass handed to me on a plate for standard game, stuck at tier 2 while the others were tier 3 and slowly killing me with their dragons. It dragged quite long, and it got a little boring for me because all I could really do was build towers

After that we went to DotA. I went with one of them in 2v3, because there was a DotA newb in the group (he was the one pwning my base with Frostwyrms earlier) so he went on the 3 side. My team won well largely I would say because of the newb because my teammate was a Centaur and farmed up a Battlefury and a Satanic in the end.

I was a Veno and the opponents were a Techies, a Zeus and the newb was a Warlock. The Techies was good in the mine planting (and we were quite careless) and the Zeus killed me a couple of times because I went to him with low hp. All in all, I farmed up a S&Y and a SS was enough to chase and kill.

Times up before we could finish the game, but we pushed a lane and a base tower down, so we were gonna win anyway.

After that everyone got home, and that was the end of the whole thing. They're from IGDA, so I have a feeling I'll be seeing them again.

The Big Event: Part I

I had to wake up exceptionally early this morning. I had to get to the Orchard Hotel for the Asian Game Developers Summit, or AGDS. I had breakfast, got ready and headed out.

Met chiong at Orchard and proceeded to look for our destination with the help of a map stored in my phone. We finally got there after much difficulty, and hung out around the lobby with the other volunteers while waiting for it to start.

There were quite a few familiar faces in the crowd, including our current lecturers and ones of the past.

The day was pretty okay, with a couple of good ones balancing the boring ones out.

After the whole event, there was free food and drinks at the Irish pub down at the basement level, and I had a couple of drinks and some food while talking to some people who are in the industry.

We moved up to the pub upstairs afterward, meant for the VIPs for business opportunities and such. We talked somemore, and left for dinner.

Needless to say, there was more talking during dinner, and left only at about 10.30.

And yes, if you were wondering, I was blogging on the way home on the MRT.

See you tomorrow.

Bond. James Bond.

It was a relatively short day today.

Half the people weren't around for lectures because of the programming marathon. So the lectures pretty much ended very early, and then we had lunch.

After lunch we went up to the lab to get the document for GLD. We met Quah and we talked a bit about our course. Heard about the changes and stuff.

Went home. Well, no exactly. I stopped by Timezone and played some Initial D. Got my ass whooped because of the stupid gearstick. Sometimes when I shift down it shifts twice, causing me to lose a lot of speed, especially when it's so important in Iroha. He beat me once on a Akin Uphill Rain, and I beat him flat out on Tsuchisaka Inbound. Then he challenged Iroha, I lost, I challenged again and I lost again. Really bad.

Before stopping by Timezone though, I bought a ticket for Casino Royale. So after losing the second time I went up and watched the show. Not bad at all. The starting part with the Yamakasi was nice. Still a pity to see a DB9 thrashed up like that. Again. At least it was better than the Gallardo that exploded in M:I:III.

So I got done, and got home. Played some Carbon, fell asleep, and woke up for dinner. Then I played a round of DotA (Faceless Void is really awesome) and went about doing random stuff. After I was done talking to Chiong about AGDS tomorrow I came here.

It's a beautiful day. Not really.

More Fun

First Entry

I woke up kinda early. Ate, and left for school. Got there, got yuanjing to teach me how to model that hair.

Got down, did some modelling, and Jaime so helpfully came over to help me work out the face.

After that was French. The majority of the class (6 out of 11) were at the programming marathon so there was only me, mav, dyehair, ozy and muhsen.

It was ok.

Then we were on our way home and we stopped by the new Cheers at YCK and got some buns. We got up, and I got onto the train. So I ate (does anyone see the problem yet).

So after about 2 minutes this uncle was staring at me. I didn't notice until a while, so maybe it was longer.

He was like "you're not supposed to eat on the train", and something like "the sign put there big big for you to see". At first I thought he was mad, so I ignored him.

Then he threatened to push the emergency button to report me. I was still ignoring him until he actually did it. In my mind was a big "What the hell?" and "oooh" for seeing the thing work for the first time in my life.

A couple of staff came in, while he was going "your friend here enjoying his bun" and we were brought down to the control station to do some stuff and I'm going to spare you the details. So I got home.

Great week to take the MRT.

Movie Day

I woke up when some DMD guy called me. I had to collect my ticket but I was still in bed.

So some other guy is holding on to my ticket until later. Great.

I ate brunch. It was about 12. I got my sister up and we only got out by at 2. We had Cathay vouchers for weekday tickets so we were going for a movie. We initially planned Casino Royale but ended up watching Happy Feet instead. It was ok. Not bad.

We went shopping for handphone pouches to no avail. Our poor N80s are still gonna be naked for a while. Then we stopped by Comics Connection and I picked up a Death Note.

Yeah, ok, "Fanboy", whatever.

So then we got hungry and decided to eat at Swensen's! There was this Happy Feet promo going on and we ate there. I had to leave in the middle of dessert for Somerset (or so I thought, more later). It was only until Sembawang I saw Kaiyun on board. We talked a bit and realised we were both heading towards the same place.

We got off at Somerset, and just as we were about to cross the road to Cineleisure she got news it was at The Cathay, somewhere totally different. So we got back to the station, got off the next stop, and walked to the place. I knew zero people there and I was pointed to the guy who had my ticket. Fortunately this small group came on time and got in to see the whole movie.

Some of the others came in almost 15 minutes later. Too bad man. It was an okay show. Started around 7.20 and ended around 8.40. It's not even an hour and a half long. Kinda short for Hollywood standards. Although I heard Corpse Bride clocked in only a little over an hour.

I left pretty much alone and got home. Watched TV for a while and tried to cook some soba, but making a mess in the end. I choked on the wasabi in the sauce, and coughed for like ten minutes.

Some people won't be in class tomorrow because of the 30-hour game programming marathon thing. I kinda wished I would be there too, but I'm so confused.

Overall it was okay. See you.

Guess what today's a good day for!

Guess!

This morning, I went to the MRT Station! Then, I saw the time left for trains! It was Arrived, 1 min! It didn't make sense! I saw this guy explaining stuff at the side but I ignored him! Then, I went up to get onto the train! I saw 2 more trains waiting behind! I got up and waited for five minutes before it started moving!

Then, we had to get off at Sembawang! There was this lady explaining telling us there was a shuttle from Sembawang to Yio Chu Kang!

The line was fucking long! But the buses came quickly and I got on one by 10 minutes! The ride was very long though! When we passed by Yishun, I saw a police car and a Civil Defence truck! Then, on the track, I saw policemen, a police line and undertakers!

That was when I decided it was a suicide case! Then I thought "500k again"! I went to school and everything else got boring!

But after that we got to play Citadels! For those of you who don't know, it's a very fun card game! Suffice to say, it was fun! Then everything else after that was boring too!

Did I mention I have a headache?! Yeah! A headache! How nice is that?! For several days too! Emoness to the extreme! Wooooo~!

That was totally necessary by the way! Exclamation marks for the win!

Blogging with a handphone.

Guess what? This post was written entirely using a handphone numpad.

Isn't this kinda weird? Nah... The wonders of modern technology.

P can now blog from his N80. Yes, P has a new phone and P is talking in third person. Unless P was the new "I".

Yes and I know that this might not work and pressing a wrong button is 200 times more likely than clicking a small x on a big screen.

But what the hell.
