My legs...

I woke up laying on the floor. My handphone alarm I set last night was ringing. I cut the alarm, saw the time. 6.45. I sighed, crawled onto my bed and went back to sleep. When I woke up again, I looked at the time on my handphone again. 7.05. I dropped my head and went straight back to sleep. The next time I woke up was 7.25.

I got up finally, shoulder aching, went to the toilet to get a brush and to splash some water on my face. It was going to be a long day. I put on my contacts, shook my headache off, and changed into my basketball jersey. I brought extra clothes for changing, put on my Adidas shoes, and set off for school.

I got on 901 after about five minutes of waiting. After another five I reached the school front gate. I headed to the canteen from the back, and I saw Jeremy Yao and Adrian Pwi sitting at the benches, while Zhiming and Yangheng were shooting hoops at the court. I joined them after setting down my stuff, and it wasn't long before more people came.

By an hour later there were at least another dozen people here. Joseph, Jiawen, Kok Siang and Roy came. The others were all graduated seniors, the usual people. We played and played and played, until around 11.

We sat down, finally, and got some rest. I had thought my sister's camp ended in the evening, my mother said it was 4. I asked a Red Cross senior, as she passed by, when it ends. "One," came the reply. I thought, what? That early?

When it was 1, I met up with my sister. She told me she failed her promotion test, but got Best Cadet for the camp. Not bad. Yang Chiak got a double promotion! He's a Corporal now. Whoo wee. After that I got a change of clothes, and headed home while the rest went to Causeway Point. After a while they said they were coming. So they did, and they helped me buy my lunch. All of them; Roy, Yangheng, Yang Chiak, Chelsea and Ginny. They watched Scary Movie 3, and then Austin Powers 3: Goldmember. Ginny left halfway through that one. After the movie was over Yang Heng, Yang Chiak and Chelsea left. Roy and Joseph left before we had dinner.

After dinner I took a shower, and after a while used the com. Wanted to play Gunbound, but it wasn't working so I played Zone of the Enders on the Gameboy Advance emulator. After that I got a little bored so I took time to write a long one today.
